THE SOILVERSE

The concept for Real Estate Metaverse started to take shape in the year 2020, and it was decided to look into the insights of the emerging virtual lands selling and purchasing.

The virtual world Soil Verse has been digitally superimposed onto Earth as part of augmented reality (AR). Each virtual piece of property in the Soil Verse is represented by a non-fungible token (NFT), which gives users the ability to purchase, sell, and monetize activities on their land.

The Soil Verse platform is currently growing rapidly, and new individuals, businesses, and organizations are signing up to become virtual landowners and/or creators on a daily basis.

Real Estate & NFTs!

Non-fungible tokens created specifically for the Metaverse to safeguard virtual attributes (NFTs). Every transaction is securely recorded on the blockchain and all NFTs are sent to the participant's online wallet where they can be used to purchase a piece of virtual real estate. Both online and offline real estate transactions adhere to a similar set of rules.

Each real estate Metaverse has a native currency that allows trading digital assets easier for users. Users can pay market rates for lands and other properties. Due to the native token's high level of volatility, the price of digital land is liable to alter. A virtual parcel of land on the platform map is represented by NFT "Land" on the Metaverse platform.
